Milestone Achieved? Check!

May 2, 2011. Mark it in your calendars as a day to go down in notoriety. Because this day, my friends, this important day is the day that David Gray Mehler rolled over for the first time. *insert sound of roaring crowd here*



It was also not seen by his mother.

She put him down in his crib and went about some bidness. Wait! What was that noise? The baby was upset about something! So, she rushed to his side and..... there he was. On his stomach. Baby Gray's first roll :)

Happy Mother's Day!!

I hope all the mommas out there had a wonderful Mother's Day and that everyone had a fabulous day with (or thinking of) their own mothers. We have a LOT of Mother's Day pictures, but, for the moment, I will just wow you with my just-woken-up beauty.



I was awakened to a fed baby and a basket of goodies.



Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this is all natural. Don't be jealous. ;) I expect Cover Girl will be calling any minute to give me a contract.

A First! Solid Foods!

April 16, 2011 marked a pretty big day in Maison de Mehler. It was the day that we started Baby Gray on solid food.




I use the term "solid" loosely. It's not like he's chomping on a filet mignon.

It's called Rice Cereal. It's like extremely runny oatmeal.

Tummy Time

From April 14, 2011

New Play Station!

On April 7th Gray played in his new play station for the first time!



Not one of the Sony video game sort... those aren't allowed in the foreseeable future for the little guy.



He didn't really know what was going on- but it was a new experience and he liked it!




Look at this!



Woah.



He pretty much just stared at it most of the time. Bright colors. Different shapes. Very exciting stuff for a baby!



Overall, I'd rate it at a big success!
